Responsibilities: Edit 1-2 videos a week, including original videos on YouTube/other platforms, or syndicated cut downs on Facebook, Snapchat, IGTV, TikTok, etc.
Qualifications: Significant experience editing videos specifically for YouTube, ideally those that are talent-focused and straight-to-camera. Elite grasp of Adobe Creative Suite and/or DaVinci Resolve. Adobe After Effects a huge plus. “One person band” preferred, meaning an editor who can edit, color, mix, and finish a project all on their own. Extremely fast internet connection required. Must have a strong familiarity with emerging digital video culture and an avid consumer of YouTube content. Sense of humor/personality/style showing through in your cuts would be highly valuable.
