Rescue crews in South Florida are on the scene of a partially collapsed apartment building in Surfside. The collapse is estimated to have occurred just after 1 a.m ET.
Surfside police say it is unclear how many people were inside the building at the time of the collapse. Officials have not yet commented on how many people are hurt or if there are any casualties.
