We don’t have a crystal ball so how in the heck should we know what the future holds for a stock or index fund we might want to invest in? The automatic thing to look at is how it performed in the past…but this is one of the worst things to look at.
Then finally, we’ll cover the importance of being patient when investing money in the stock market. It’s the easiest mistake investors make on a regular basis. The more you look at your accounts the more you want to sell off investments when they’re down.
