US President Joe Biden has vowed to “hunt down” the terror cell responsible for killing 13 American service members and dozens of Afghan civilians outside Kabul airport.
When asked by a Fox News reporter on Thursday night if he felt responsible for the harrowing events that took place, Mr Biden said: “I bear responsibility for, fundamentally, all that’s happened of late.”
