So, what do you do when the worship leader decides to sing a spontaneous worship song? You didn’t practice the song. In fact, you may not even know the song! Here are some of my tips in this video.
(1) If you don’t know the song, don’t play! Better some silence than playing anything likely to be wrong, and distracting worshippers.
(2) If you vaguely know the song, try to learn it quickly and then play along ASAP.
(3) If you know the song well, go forth and play it confidently!
