Video fun facts: In the first part of this video, you can see one of our old listings on Pinehurst Drive, just down the street from Woodhaven Park in Sherwood’s desirable Woodhaven community. Within the first 24 hours of being on the market, we received an offer! The home SOLD for $378,900 in June, 2010. Then we listed the same home and sold it again in 2011! That home featured 2,686 Square Feet, 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths and was built in Woodhaven in 1997.
