NSW Government has introduced tighter restrictions for Sydney, Blue Mountains, Central Coast and Shellharbour from 4pm today.
Masks will be compulsory in all indoor non-residential settings, including workplaces, and at organised outdoor events; no more than 5 visitors allowed in homes – including children; no drinking while standing up at hospitality venues – seated service only; no singing or dancing – except at weddings when you can only have 20 people on the dancefloor.
More than 44,000 tests were completed in the 24 hours to 8:00pm yesterday.
