Eggs: 4 Nos
Salt: 1 Tsp
Water: 4 Cups
In Tamil:
தேவையான விஷயங்கள்:
முட்டை: 4 எண்
உப்பு: 1 தேக்கரண்டி
நீர்: 4 கோப்பைகள்
செய்முறை:
1. ஒரு சாஸ் கடாயில் போதுமான அளவு தண்ணீரை சூடாக்கவும். ஒரு கொதி வந்ததும் முட்டைகளில் சேர்க்கவும்.
2. ஒரு தேக்கரண்டி உப்பு சேர்த்து 10 நிமிடங்கள் அதிக தீயில் கொதிக்க விடவும்.
3. பின்னர் சுடரை அணைத்து முட்டைகளை அகற்றவும்.
4. சில ஐஸ் க்யூப்ஸுடன் சேர்க்கப்பட்ட குளிர்ந்த நீரில் ஒரு கிண்ணத்தில் அவற்றை நேரடியாக சேர்க்கவும். இந்த 10 நிமிடங்கள் ஓய்வெடுக்கட்டும்.
5. 10 நிமிடங்களுக்குப் பிறகு பனி நீரிலிருந்து நீக்கி ஒரு களமிறங்கிக் கொண்டு அதை உருட்டவும்.
6. உங்கள் முட்டை இப்போது இரண்டு பகுதிகளாக விரிசல் அடைந்துள்ளது. எந்த சேதமும் இல்லாமல் முட்டையை அகற்றவும்.
