The City of Adrian Police Department is currently investigating two instances of shots being fired at homes on East Maple and State Streets. A press release from the department indicated that the incident occurred in the early morning hours of July 1st.
The alleged shootings would have occurred between 12:55am and 2:30am in the 1000 block of East Maple and in the 700 block of State Street, per the press release. No injuries occurred during either shooting. Information gathered by the department indicated that the incidents are related.
Social media was flooded with posts asking if others had heard the shootings or had any information on them.
