There are 15,000 postmasters running post offices throughout the country. These post offices now serve as de facto voting precincts in many areas. Why don’t House Democrats want to apply the political restrictions of the Hatch Act to postmasters in the same way they want them applied to Postmaster General DeJoy? Shouldn’t the post offices collecting mail-in votes be non-partisan too?
