According to Fatehpur police, the 26-year-old truck driver was arrested on Sunday for allegedly forcing his wife to convert to religion and thrashing her. Accused Vijay Sonkar had converted to Islam about two years ago, after which he was pressurizing his parents, wife and younger sister to convert to Islam.
