News broke that the streaming service FilmStruck, which focuses on the Criterion Collection films as well as other foreign, indie, classic and art-house films, has struck a deal with the Warner Bros. Digital Networks streaming service to acquire 600 more films, including some Hollywood classics. Filmstruck, which is managed by TCM, will now have over 1800 films in its library and boast an incredible selection of movies for any cinephile who wants to explore the history of film from old Hollywood films to highly regarded international masterpieces. The streaming service does not plan to increase its monthly fee at this time.
