Greetings! Easter is almost here and even if you are not going to dye some eggs, you may enjoy hard boiled eggs any time!
This is how I make hard boiled eggs. This will help not to get a gray egg yolk. You may have a bit of gray around the edges, but your yolks will turn out yellow and creamy.
The biggest tips are always use cold water and a splash of vinegar. The rest is patience! Bring to a slow boil, boil for 5 minutes than remove from heat and allow to sit in the hot water for 10 minutes prior to cooling with cold running water.
