4. Crack a egg in to a bowl
5. Stirring boiling water in a single directions by using a spoon
6. sliced the egg in to the middle
7. Keep the boiling water circling surround the egg by stirring around the side of the saucepan using a spoon
8. Try to keep the egg stay in the middle when cooking until it form a round shape (around 2min)
9. Turn it to medium heat for another 1min
10. Remove it from the pan using the slotted spoon and set aside to drain. Enjoy!
