We are spending our time in Memphis trying the most iconic places to eat and are on the hunt for famous Memphis restaurants and dishes. We start our day at the famous Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken in the area it all started in. Next we’re on the hunt for the famous Elvis peanut butter and banana sandwich at The Arcade Restaurant – not only Memphis’ oldest cafe, but one of Elvis Presley’s go-to restaurants. While in the neighborhood, we can’t visit Memphis without a stop at the Lorraine Motel. We try some famous Memphis bbq at Central BBQ and finish off the evening trying Gibson’s donuts – YUM!
