The ACT has recorded 28 new locally acquired cases of COVID-19.

There has also been one more death – a female in her 70s. This brings the number of lives lost due to COVID-19 in this current outbreak to six.

From today’s cases, 11 people were in quarantine for their entire infectious period, and five people spent some time in the community during their infectious period.

A baby also tested positive overnight, in the special care nursery at the Centenary Hospital for Women and Children.
