I’ve seen so many reels about this place and finally got to try out their famous Saturday lunch specials where they serve you Malaysian/Tamil cuisine on banana leaf 🥹 the food is exceptionally tasty, especially their fish curry that they serve on top of the rice! The full meal is for $19 and is UNLIMITED!!! However the meal is purely vegetarian so if you need to order any additional meat options, you’ll have to pay for those separately! We ordered their fish, fish curry, mutton and chicken 65 that were also soooo so yum!! If you’re a vegetarian, you can let them know and they will swap the fish curry gravy on the rice with a vegetarian curry/dal. You also get a dessert on the day along with your meal! I feel it’s a great deal but PLEASE be there on time as the queue is super long to get a table and make sure you’re sitting inside on a rainy day hahah🤪 [FYI – this unlimited lunch deal on banana leaf is only available on Saturdays] @rotibar_melb
