How to invest $500 in Real Estate Investment Trusts for 2021!
1. Five hundred dollars is a good starting amount to get started investing in REIT’s.
2. Obviously, you have to decide if you’re going to invest all $500 dollars or try and spread out your investment?
3. Another decision you will have to make is will you hold onto this investment long term – over 1 year or short term – less than 1 year.
4. Holding long term will give you the best return statistically speaking.
5. ETF’s – group of assets. Invest in 1 ETF “share” and then you are diversified. Easier decision than basing your investing options over many companies (stocks). I do this by investing 80% of my money into US based and Non US based REIT’s.
