Chop Shop- This location on Colfax is the original of this 3 unit restaurant. They are a chef driven, fast casual restaurant that specializes in worldwide comfort food.
Blue Pan Pizza- We went to the Congress Park location of what many people consider the best pizza in Denver. They also have a location in the Highlands. They are know for Detroit style but I thought the New York Style was just as good.
Aloy Thai Eatery- We got a sneak peek at this soon to open fast casual Thai restaurant in Denver’s Governor’s Park neighborhood. Spoiler alert-it was freaking delicious and is going to be a big hit.
Fire On The Mountain- We visited the Wash Park location of this restaurant known for chicken wings and unique, flavorful sauces. They also have a location in the Highlands.They use only Cage-free, hormone-free, antibiotic-free chicken wings. Fried ‘til crispy. Always fresh, never frozen.
Brothers BBQ- This 6 unit BBQ chain was started by two brothers on Monaco and Lettsdale in 1998. We visited the 6th and Washington location. Don’t miss rib night on Thursdays with $1.99 pork ribs and $2.99 beef ribs.
