Spicy Fried Boiled Eggs Recipe [ Nepalese Easy 🌶️ ] – Pabs Kitchen

Learn how to make Spicy Fried boiled Eggs are very easy and simple snaky dish which is very common in Nepal, normally we make it a lot on our festival time to share with family and friends. We eat as a snack or side dish with our main meal. I’m going to cook with daily spices from Nepali Kitchen and going to be spicy version.
Cooking time 8 minutes after boiled the eggs.
Serves 6 (1 for each person as a snack)
Ingredients
6 boiled and peeled Eggs (10 minutes boiled to make it hard)
2 teaspoons of oil any cooking Oil would be good.
¼ teaspoon of Red Chili powder (it is optional if you don’t like it)
¼ teaspoon of Cumin seeds
¼ teaspoon of Turmeric powder
2 cloves of crushed Garlic
¼ teaspoon of Salt
Chopped spring coriander to garnish
