The first Amish murder that Chris walks us through is the story of the first traditional Amish man to be convicted of homicide, Edward Gingerich. Ed had a history of mental illness and often complained that his skin was crawling and his brain would boil over. On March 18, 1993, he murdered his wife Katie in an attempt to “release the devil from her body.” He ended up only serving 5 years in prison, and it didn’t stop there!
Next, Amy tells the story of Little Boy Blue, a 9-year-old boy who was found dead in the snow on Christmas Eve, 1985. The boy turned out to be the son of Eli Stutzman, an Amish man serial killer!
Finally, Chris walks us through the case of Amish man Eli Weaver who would troll for women online under the name Amish Stud. Eli wanted to murder his wife, Barbara, and plotted with his online girlfriend on the best way to execute her. Did the plan succeed?
