INGREDIENTS:
250 g Sweet Potato Starch Noodle
115 g Shiitake Mushrooms (thick sliced)
115 g Mushrooms Whole Champignons (thick sliced)
1/4 kg Beef – Sirloin sliced (strips)
0.054 g Spinach – SM Hypermarket Scale
1 stem Onion Leek (cut)
1/2 medium White Onion (sliced)
1 medium Carrot (strips)
2 small Bell Pepper (strips)

▫️ FOR SEASONING:
– 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
– 3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
– 1 tsp. Ground Pepper
– 5 cloves Garlic (minced)

▫️ FOR MEAT:
– 2 tsp. Soy Sauce
– 2 tsp. Brown Sugar
– 1 tsp. Sesame Oil

▫️ upon putting Japchae together mix the:
– 1/4 cup Water
– 1/4 cup Canola Oil / Vegetable Oil

▫️ upon adding the cooked meat, add:
– 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
– 1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds

▫️ Garnish:
– 2 Eggs beaten with pinch of salt (strips)
– Sesame Seeds
