CORONA, CALIFORNIA — An animal lover from Southern California was hopping mad when she found an unexpected source of protein in her food.

Becky Garfinkel, a strict vegetarian with meat allergies, had an unfrogettable experience when she found a tiny frog in organic salad she bought at Target.

Garfinkel and her husband thought the motionless frog had croaked it. Luckily however, the husband performed CPR on the frog and brought the little guy back to life.

The kermit-ted couple have now adopted the frog as a pet, and named him Lucky.
