Philadelphia has been ranked as the second-worst big city in the country to drive in, according to WalletHub.
WalletHub says you will spend the most time in traffic out of any city here.
Their survey also has the city is tied for the highest parking rates out of any in the country.
Oakland, California was ranked the worst place to drive in the country. Lincoln, Nebraska was ranked the best.
